Meet The Newest Member of The Clan : Tiguan 2.0 TDI

So before 2019 was about to come to a close, a new member from a familiar stable joined my garage. It was the Volkswagen Tiguan.

Here's a few specifics to help understand the vehicle :-

FUEL : DIESEL (Perhaps one of the last Volkswagen Diesel engines we'll see in India.

Engine Code : CRFD 2.0 TDI belonging to the EA 288 (Hopefully NOT a DIESELGATE Engine)

All Wheel Drive 

Stock Engine Figures 

Power : 143 PS (About 140 HP) ,

Torque : 340 Nm
So guys this is what the Indian Tiguan 2.0 TDI engine bay looks like. It is a Common Rail VW Diesel. The other VW Diesel we have is the 1.9 TDI based on the Pump Duse Technology. My next series of posts will be about some Technical Specifics about the Tiguan which a curious mind could be hunting and it'll be strictly for the VW Curious Enthusiast.
